Bellini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Peach Puree or Peach Nectar
  • Prosecco or Champagne
  • Peach slice for garnish
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If using fresh peaches, blend or puree them to create 2 oz of peach puree. Alternatively, you can use store-bought peach nectar.
  2. Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
  3. Add 2 oz of peach puree to the chilled flute.
  4. Top off the glass with cold prosecco or champagne, pouring slowly to allow the mixture to settle.
  5. Stir gently if needed.
  6. Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim.
  7. Optionally, add ice cubes for a colder beverage.
  8. Sip and enjoy the delightful and fruity effervescence of your Bellini Cocktail!
