Aviation Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Violet Liqueur (such as Crème de Violette)
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Maraschino Cherry for garnish
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 2 oz of gin to the shaker.
3. Pour in 1/2 oz of maraschino liqueur.
4. Add 1/2 oz of violet liqueur (Crème de Violette).
5. Include 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
6. Shake the ingredients well for about 10-15 seconds.
7. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
8. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
