Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (e.g., KahlĂșa)
  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso (cooled to room temperature)
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Coffee beans for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Add 1 1/2 oz of vodka to the shaker.
  4. Pour in 1 oz of coffee liqueur.
  5. Add 1 oz of freshly brewed and cooled espresso.
  6. Include 1/2 oz of simple syrup. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  7. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  8. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  9. Garnish with a few coffee beans on the surface of the drink.
