- 2 oz Peach Puree or Peach Nectar
- Prosecco or Champagne
- Peach slice for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- If using fresh peaches, blend or puree them to create 2 oz of peach puree. Alternatively, you can use store-bought peach nectar.
- Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- Add 2 oz of peach puree to the chilled flute.
- Top off the glass with cold prosecco or champagne, pouring slowly to allow the mixture to settle.
- Stir gently if needed.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim.
