Pisco Sour Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Angostura Bitters (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of pisco, 3/4 oz of simple syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
  2. Add one egg white to the shaker.
  3. Dry shake (shake without ice) the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  4. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a chilled rocks glass.
  6. Garnish the foam on top with a few dashes of Angostura bitters in a decorative pattern.
  7. Sip and appreciate the unique combination of citrusy and frothy flavors in your Pisco Sour Cocktail!
